Using lithium batteries has many advantages in itself. However, lithium batteries have some special features that make them even better than lead-acid batteries.
1. Size: Talking about the size, lithium batteries are approximately 5 times smaller than lead-acid batteries. If there are four lead-acid batteries installed somewhere, you can replace them with just one lithium battery. This saves a lot of space. Similarly, if there is a setup of 10 lead-acid batteries, you can replace them with just one lithium battery.
2. Weight: Lithium batteries are not only smaller in size compared to lead-acid batteries but also significantly lighter. 4. Life: In lithium batteries, you get approximately 3000 charge cycles, which means the battery can last for almost 10 years. On the other hand, the life of a lead-acid battery is approximately 5 years.
5. Maintenance-Free: In lead-acid batteries, you need to add water regularly. If you forget to add water, your battery can get damaged very quickly. However, in lithium batteries, you don’t need to add any water, making them maintenance-free. You can use them without maintenance.
